Timeframe

Commissions may take between 4-6 weeks to complete. This depends on the complexity of the image, your response time and my current workload. I will keep you updated throughout the process via email.

File Size and Format

I usually work in A4 size (8.3 x 11.7 inches). If you need your image to be a specific size or dimensions, please let me know. I will provide a high resolution (300dpi) print file in a TIFF format via email or Dropbox. I can also provide a low resolution JPEG file, suitable for online use.

Payment

Payment will be 50% up front and 50% upon completion of the commission. Payment is to be made through Paypal.

Process

Once I know exactly what you need for your commission, I will email you a complete invoice with payment details.After I’ve received your first payment, I will send through a sketch with rough colours for your approval. If you need any changes made, I will allow two rounds of revisions at this stage. Please be as specific and thorough as possible as any changes requested after these revisions may incur an additional fee.When you’re happy with the sketch, I will continue to render out the finished piece. I will update you with lo-res progress images. I’m happy to make minor changes during this stage. Any major changes that will require me to repaint large parts will incur an additional fee (and take extra time).Once you are happy with the final image and I have received your final payment, I will send you the hi-res print file (TIFF format).

Terms of Service

By commissioning any artwork from me, you automatically agree to the following terms.1. The final product is strictly for personal use, including prints, social media, profile pictures, banners, forums, etc. For commercial use the rights must be purchased. Commissions are not to be used for profit of any kind.2. I hold the rights over my commissions. (e.g. to post in online galleries, use for publicity, prints, graphics, and merchandise etc.). If you need me to hold off on posting for whatever reason, please let me know.3. I will not paint pornographic imagery, or extreme violence or gore.4. If you have to terminate the commission at any point for whatever reason, please be aware that you will still have to pay for any amount of work I have completed up to the point of termination.5. If I cannot complete the commission for any reason, I will provide a full refund.6. I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission at any time.
